Garland HE Broiler Named Kitchen Innovations 2008 Award Winner

Award Winning Innovation
Garland's new high efficiency broiler takes the guesswork out of broiling...
When challenged by a major chain to develop a broiler that saved energy, reduced waste, and increase output, Garland’s innovative product engineers developed the new High Efficiency Broiler.
With even temperature all the way across the grate, producing perfectly char-broiled dishes doesn’t require a resident expert. With its simple, predictable operation, the innovative new Garland High Efficiency Broiler brings the fine art of great char-broiling to any kitchen.
We're pleased to announce the New Garland High Efficiency Broiler has been named a Kitchen Innovations 2008 Award winner by the National Restaurant Association. This clever new broiler design delivers on the promise of higher output, greater consistency, and ease of use thanks to its unique features. The continuous spark ignition system means there are no standing pilots to turn off or relight. Burner controls are preset for even temperature across the grate so operation is as simple as flicking a switch on or off. See Garland's New HE Broiler and all the KI Award winners this November at the 2008 International Hotel/Motel & Restaurant Show.
