The Master Series convection oven is the secret to a better bake.  The 24” high cooking chamber is 4” taller than other convection ovens on the market, which leaves room for one more rack, increasing your output by 20% without increasing your time. It features a 13-position rack guide, with 6 cooking racks to accommodate virtually any pan size. A standard 24” oven cavity depth. With a cooking range of 150°F to 500°F, the Master Series offers maximum flexibility for all your cooking and holding needs.

Electric ovens have a total of 10.4 kW loading per oven cavity.

The heavy-duty construction withstands the most rigorous use, featuring 60/40 split, dependent doors that are easy to open and close – even with one hand – compared to competitive models.   

Made for those who prefer the simplicity of a mechanical timer and the accuracy of analog knob controls, the Master Series convection oven with simple control provides easy operation and has two fan speeds, making it ideal for a wide variety of products.
