The US Range Summit Series gas convection oven is a full-size standard depth oven featuring a 24” high cooking chamber, 4” taller than other convection ovens on the market, which leaves room for one more rack, increasing your output by 20% without increasing your time. The porcelain enameled oven rated at 53,000 BTU per oven cavity comes with 13-position rack guides and 5 cooking racks to accommodate virtually any pan size.
