All Garland automatic clamshell grills come with an easyTouch screen. Pre-programmed menus and recipes minimize the numbers of operator touches. Just a single touch of an icon. The screen can easily and regularly be wiped down to prevent any germ transmission. The easyTouch screen will also function if the operator is wearing gloves or using a stylus.
