E2000 Series Electric Combination Baking/Roasting Deck Ovens

Baking Oven with Hearthite Deck Plate and Roasting Oven with Steel Hearth

Available in a double-deck model with 1 baking oven and 1 roasting oven, or triple-deck models with 2 baking ovens and 1 roasting oven or with 1 baking oven and 2 roasting ovens.

A line of electric heavy-duty baking/roasting ovens with an 8” high baking oven cavity and 12-inch high roasting oven cavity with a removable intermediate shelf, both with individually controlled compartments. A flat door-to-hearth bridge makes loading and unloading quick and easy. Ideal for hotels, hospitals, schools, larger cafeterias, dining rooms and other high-production operations.
