Roasting Oven with 12" High Cavity and Steel Hearth

A dependable line of heavy-duty roasting ovens with a 12-inch high cavity with a removable intermediate shelf can handle the heaviest roast pans on a 12-gauge steel hearth with individually controlled compartments. A flat door-to-hearth bridge makes loading and unloading quick and easy. Ideal for hotels, hospitals, schools, larger cafeterias, dining rooms and other high-production operations.
